02:01 pm So now Christmas is over and I am totally bummed. I do not want to go back to school! I got a digital camera, it's awesome. I love it to death. I also got a bunch of other cool stuff but the camera is the big thing that I ended up getting. So basically Christmas was awesome and I'm mad its over.

05:23 pm Howdee! Man it's been a while huh? Well now I think me and Kacie are going to go out for the basketball team (even though we really suck) b/c they do not have enough players to make a JV team. Aww, aren't we angels? Current Mood: hyper Current Music: Peanut Butter Jelly Time!

01:46 pm Hey! Halloween is such an awesome time just becuase of all the scary stuff that you can go to and do. Like Fearfest. Me and Kacie went to that last week and it was so funny. Now tonight we are going to some haunted house thing at her cousin's house which is supposed to be really cool. Tommorow Sam is having a sleepover at her new rental which is going to be awesome. The only people who are going to be there are like people from the team like me, cortney, amanda, lauren and kayla. That's pretty much all that is coming I think. So we're definitely going to have a good time. And Monday night I am supposed to be going to the movies with Chrissy to see The Grudge and I can't wait to see that. Current Mood: bouncy Current Music: Dawson's Creek theme

11:47 am It's been a long time. A bunch of crap has being going on. Field hockey is finally over and I thought I would be relieved but now I miss it. Not really the games and practices and all that but the people. I love my team! They were so funny and awesome I just do not know what I am going to do when I am not able to hang out with them everyday. We won a total of 2 games out of 15. I mean that's better than none but it's not a lot. Softball is pretty much over too. We might have a tournament but I doubt it. We only lost one game so I guess that makes us the champions. It was all fun while it lasted. Me and Kacie are going to Fearfest tonight and I can't wait it is going to be awesome. Last weekend we saw Friday Night Lights, which I thought was really good. I want to see The Grudge now.

01:42 pm Boys are so weird. It is sooo hard to understand what they are thinking or what they mean when they say things. They say one thing but then they mean another. Which is totally confusing. Anyways, my finger, it hurts. For all of you who don't know I hurt it at one of my softball games the other day. The girl hit it and I went for it and it ended up hitting my finger instead of going in the glove. It hurt like a mother! hehe

04:21 pm Today was the first day of school. It was pretty cool. I have 2 classes with Kacie and some with Jessica and Kristin and Beth so I am straight. But I have NONE with Kelli! I had the most with her last year and this year I do not even get to see her so that totally sucks. But otherwise it is good. We didn't have hockey practice today becuase it was raining outside and tomorrow we have a game. This is not good. Oh well. Not my problem.

03:09 pm This weekend I had 3 parties. My field hockey "bonding" sleepover. Which was a blast by the way. My softball party for Parks and Rec and Kacie's softball party. They were all fun. I am trying HARD to get Beth to play field hockey. She won't! She says she does not know how, she has no hand eye coordination... excuses, excuses. hehe.

12:44 pm Well I just got home from vacationing with my family. Sounds awful but it actually wasn't. I had a really nice time... with my family. Well the first day was boring but the second day we found out that this girl from Kyle and Kevin's soccer team was staying in the same hotel as us. And Kyle was too scared to go ask her if she wanted to play Phase 10 with us so we went down/outside and starting walking around (because she was on the bottom floor and they can come outside onto the grass from there) and finally she came out with her little sister and we talked there for a while and it started to rain so mama made us come in and Kyle was still to scared to ask her so I took the liberty upon myself and asked her. So she came up at like 3 and we started a game of Phase 10, but we only got to Phase 3. Then we locked Kevin out of every where we went (we had 2 conjoining rooms) and then me, Brittany, and Kyle went and his behind the hot tub and Kevin came down the hall. And he saw us come out and we started to run to the door and when we opened it, it was someone else's room and she was standing at the door. It was okay though. Then we ate pizza, watched tv, and ran through the halls like crazy people. After that we went and got ice cream and went to a few stores. Then we walked home. We ended up on the lobby couches eating chips and drinking soda till 10. I think Brittany is really cool, I think she likes hanging out with me more than she did Kyle and Kevin but who could blame her. And then today we came home.

08:38 pm This week has been crazy and fun. Field hockey tryouts were jam packed with running, oh goodie! It wasn't too bad though, the first day was 2 miles, then 2 miles and a lap the next day, then today was 2 and a half miles. It's not that bad and the whole team is great. A lot of the sophmores made varsity. The only sophmores on JV are me, alicia and stephanie. But there was no way that I could have been on varsity because they already have 2 goalies and I am the only JV one, so it's all cool with me. Tomorrow we are having team breakfast and pictures. Coolio!

09:32 am Last night was cool... me and emm ended up not being able to go to see Collateral because it is rated r and they were planning on sneaking in and that did not go over well with the parents if you know what I mean. So me and emm ended up renting some Friday the 13th movies and having a slumber party. Then we found out that Brittany and Sammi ended up just going to the mall, which we so could have done... but oh well.

10:25 am - Book Review Book Review.
Title: Born Blue Author: Han Nolan
Back Cover: She has no last name. She no real home. But she has a dream.... Janie... Leshaya... whatever she's called... she's a survivior. Rescued from the brink of death, this child of a heroin addict has seen it all: revolving foster homes, physical abuse, an unwanted pregnancy. Now her childhood is coming to an end, and she is determined to make a life for herlself by doing the only thing that makes her feel whole... singing. Can this girl, born to a life of hardship, find the strength and courage to break away from her past and become the legend she is meant to be?
My review: I thought that this book was awesome. It started out a little slow but then it picked up its pace. I cannot believe the things this girl went through in her lifetime. Leshaya is truly a strong person yet she's an empty hole. She has no feelings inside and that is one of her major problems I think. It's why she fell into the same trap her mother fell into. This is a real case of like mother, like daughter. But luckily she gets out of it eventually. I suggest this book, most definitely.

05:13 pm Man, today I went shopping... AGAIN! Suddenly my mama has turned into a shopaholic. Don't get me wrong, I love it. But I mean she's gone crazy! Emmalie is over here now, but she is playing with Kyle. Uh-oh! hehe. I am totally bored out of my mind. Tomorrow is Friday. Not like it really matters though since we're not in school anymore. But at least I am doing something tomorrow instead of staying here. Last night at Kings Dominion it rained for like the first 45 minutes we were there and everything was closed. Then we had to wait like an hour for them to open again. We ended up riding the Flight of Fear, Volcano, Grizzly- 2 times, Rebel Yell- backwards, and Nickelodeon Sky Flyers in 2 hours. So I think we did pretty good. Chrissy and Brad were not at all impressed with the Nickelodeon things and I do not blame them. They were lamer than I remember. Seacrest... OUT!!

05:10 pm Song of the day: She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5. This song is the bomb dot com! I just totally have loved it since the first time I heard it. So naturally it is my first song of the day.
